Conditions of Entry
By entering Fiction Nightclub ("the venue"), you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Fiction Club Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue at the discretion of management or security staff.
Age Requirement
Fiction is an 18+ venue. All patrons must present valid government-issued photo identification upon entry. Acceptable forms of ID include an Australian driver's licence, passport, or proof of age card. Expired IDs will not be accepted.
Dress Code
A smart casual dress code applies at all times. Thongs, singlets, sportswear, and offensive clothing are not permitted. Management reserves the right to determine what is and is not appropriate attire.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
Fiction operates under ACT liquor licensing laws and adheres to the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines. Patrons who appear intoxicated may be refused service or asked to leave the venue. We do not serve alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age.
Behaviour
Antisocial behaviour, harassment, violence, or illegal activity of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the venue. Fiction maintains a zero-tolerance policy on illicit substances. Management may contact police or emergency services as appropriate.
CCTV and Photography
The venue is monitored by CCTV for the safety and security of all patrons and staff. By entering the venue, you consent to being recorded. Fiction and its partners may take photographs or video during events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member.
Tickets and Refunds
Tickets purchased through INTIX are subject to the terms and conditions of the ticketing provider. Refunds are only available where required by Australian Consumer Law. Ticket resale at inflated prices is not permitted. Fiction reserves the right to cancel or modify events with reasonable notice.
Liability
Fiction Club Pty Ltd accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property while on the premises. Patrons are responsible for their own belongings. Please report any incidents to venue staff or security immediately.
Booth Bookings
Booth packages must be booked in advance via email to contact@fctn.com.au. Payment is required to confirm a booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may not be eligible for a refund.
